THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FROM COMFOZONE INC. BY SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

RETURN POLICY
Comfozone's return policy allows for Products purchased directly from Comfozone to be returned by you during the 45 day period following the delivery of the product for a full refund of purchased price. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify Customer Service within 45 days. Products must be returned in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Comfozone. If you return Product to Comfozone (i) beyond the 45 day issuance period (ii) without prepaid postage, or (iii) without proof of purchase, Comfozone retains the right to refuse delivery of such return.

YUZOX LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Comfozone, Inc. ("Comfozone") warrants, to the original purchaser only, that (i) for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, YUZOX, shall be substantially free from defects in both material and workmanship under normal and reasonable use by the original purchaseronly.You certify and agree that you are purchasing Product(s) for your own internal use only, and not for resale. You shall not remove components from Product for resale. This warranty is subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

A "Product" means a General Product or a Battery Product, as applicable. If a Product fails to operate due to manufacturing defect or defective part in accordance with the foregoing warranty, the unit or part will be repaired or replaced at Comfozone's option given that you provide notice of defect to Comfozone promptly within the warranty period. All repaired or replaced Products hereunder shall be warranted until the date of the expiration of the original warranty period for such Products. The limited warranty set forth herein does not cover the following: (i) Products that are damaged as a result of use that is inconsistent with the product owner manual, information, or safety instructions; (ii) faulty, improper or careless use by the purchaser; (iii) any damage to the body of the Product caused after receipt of the Product by the purchaser; (iv) Products which are improperly maintained or used; (v) Products which are repaired or modified by parties other than Comfozone; (vi) Products which are damaged due to intentional or negligent misuse, abuse or neglect; (vii) any item or product other than a Product (including but not limited to third party accessories for the Products).

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, COMFOZONE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. COMFOZONE DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Neither Comfozone's dealers nor the retail establishment selling this Product has any authority to make warranties or to promise remedies in addition to or inconsistent with those stated above. The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL COMFOZONE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS. SUCH LIMITATION ON DAMAGES INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE OR INJURY FROM LOST GOODWILL, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, WORK STOPPAGE OR IMPAIRMENT OF OTHER GOODS, AND DAMAGE TO THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BROUGHT, EVEN IF COMFOZONE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE OR IF SUCH DAMAGE COULD HAVE BEEN REASONABLY FORESEEN. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMFOZONEÕS TOTAL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION HEREWITH , WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID TO COMFOZONE FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMFOZONE BE LIABLE FOR THE COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS. THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF THE ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDIES. PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES S(HE) HAS FULLY CONSIDERED THE FOREGOING ALLOCATION OF RISK AND FINDS IT REASONABLE, AND THAT THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS ARE AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
